Our thoughts and prayers go out to you Dan. You are a caring and generous racer.
After the Gators this year, Dan allowed us to leave our motor home at his house for over 3 weeks and would not allow us to give him anything in return. I'm sure that God is looking out for him.

Dan is one of the original posters from the Stock/Super Stock sites. I enjoyed his posts-positive or negative. I hadn't seen him post in a long time, and wondered what happened to him.

His passion for the sport would be difficult to match. It was funny to see him tear someone a new one in a post, then hear about how much he gives of his time and resources to give to racers in need.

This is what it's all about.

Get well soon Mr Dvorak. I have never met you, but your kind reputation speaks volumes.

Big Dan...

With all the humor you've shared with me, I'm gonna keep it alive and "triple-dip" in the prayer offering this Sunday just for you.

For the rest of the world out there... Dan & Tanya are the kind of people who invite people they've just met into their home and have a way of making them feel like they're part of the family almost immediately. I know, because I'm one of them. Forget the racing world, this kind of hospitality is practically never heard of anymore, except for Christian missionaries. Just goes to show where Dan's heart really is.

I've always looked up to Dan as one of my all time racing heroes. An experience I'll never forget was when I helped him get his website going several years ago and invited me to stay the weekend. I learned more from him in one day than I've been able over several months. And his intellectual humor that had me laughing so hard my sides hurt.

Dan, the Lord never leaves behind souls like yours, and will get you through this in ways unexplainable. Trust in him. ;)

dan was in recovery a few minutes ago-tanya says it went well-she is very relieved-i too have been a recepient of their hospitality-left my race car there many times,worked on the car in his shop,stayed in their home,ate with them and had the pleasure of knowing the children.i know things will turn out good for dan. randy

Dan, you and I go back more than 35 years. Please know I love you like a brother. Brothers are allowed to disagree, but still love each other when the **** hits the fan. You and Tanya are two of the strongest people I have ever met. You will conquer this and be stronger for it. I truly believe God is sitting beside you during this. As you know I treat Firefighter and Police Officers after traumatic events, I am available anytime Dan, just call me. Love to you,Tanya and the kids, Jim
