Setting up valve springs
 

I need some advice. I have to set up some heads for Stock and want to make sure my closed and open pressures are fairly consistent. Being a low-buck racer, I wonder what tools I should buy to accomplish this. I have looked at the pressure devices that you can use in your bench vise. Is this the way to go? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks...Lee
