What I can't figure out with all the Novas running stock. All the small block combos for a 70 model are NHRA factored LESS than the oem rating but my 73/74 is hammered to like 100hp over oem rating. I know there are way more 255/350 running than my combo. Heck I have the only 74 running Stock?

[QUOTE=Alan Nyhus;632449]That's because the OEM's changed how they rated horsepower starting around '73-'74 to what was termed S.A.E. ratings.
