Wanted 63 chevy Z-11 Aluminum car
 

Trying to locate an original 63 Z-11 Aluminum Impala. Want restorable or done. I would consider a 62 Bel-air bubble top with the Aluminum front end if good price. Dick Butler 937-623-8126

Dick, I saw you were looking for pics of these cars on another site. Your absolute best bet for Drag Racing memorabilia is Mike Goyda @ www.goyda.com in Pennsylvania. I used to buy and sell alot of memorabilia and know for a fact that if he doesn't have it he can find it. He is the biggest Drag/ Rodder memorabila guy on the planet and the nicest guy you will ever have the pleasure of dealing with. I haven't talked to him in quite a while but used to deal with him alot through Ebay and his website. Gee, Dick, with only 50-something made, that's going to be a pretty tall order !
As for 62 BelAir with an aluminum front end ( which would be the TRUE holy grail ), I believe there were only 18 "over-the-counter" aluminum front end packages sold... majority of them went on Impala's.
but what the heck...

Thanks Aubrey, I get great contacts about these cars. I have located 3. A complete RESTO. Too expensive. A basket case Clone and an original in a semi trailer not for sale. I will keep looking it is great entertainment and conversations.... Merry Christmas to you also...... Dick Butler
