We are here parked facing the river so we will have evening shade! But with it calling for 46 degrees on Saturday night we may be looking for a little sunshine!
Tomorrow is test and tune but it is looking like rain until about noon!

8:00 AM and it’s wet, but blue skies are on the way. It’s shaping up to be a fast weekend with no AFHS, so come to Bowling Green and see how much quicker your car is after all that hard work this winter.

One more minor detail...........NO MASK!!!!!! No masks in the restaurants either.

Well, RAIN is the key word here and chances are we won’t see the track today for the scheduled T and T session. Yesterday was a warm day here with a high temp of 87 degrees, humidity at 47% and a barometer reading of 29.47 ....In the heat of the day the adjusted altitude was in the 2400 foot range. However, much cooler weather is forecasted after this rain moves through the area. I have been racing at Bowling Green for over 40 years and can’t ever remember wearing a sweatshirt in May ......

I just filled out my paper tech card that I purchased at the gate with real money, and you can imagine how good that felt. It’s still wet.

Rinse, repeat .......the weather cooperated just enough today that we were able to SAFELY tech our cars in the staging lanes. The front has moved through and it is CHILLY .....Hopefully we will be going down the track tomorrow morning just after 9am .....

We had tech with real tech men looking at stuff to keep all of us safe. It went very smoothly.

The most chance of rain all day is 5%, so we should be good to go all day!! 59 is the high so it should be fast! We have 2 runs today then run the Combo tonight. Drag racer.tv is broadcasting live starting at 9 with super street . Eliminations are tomorrow.
