what happened to this SS/A Hemi car?
I was reading through some old hemi mags, and I remember Bob Reed had built Ronnie Sox a SS/A 68 Hemi Cuda that had ran some 9.00s at 150mph in limited testing at the time. Whatever happened to this car???

I seen that car in Bob's garage some years ago. Most likely still there.

If I'm not mistaken Ronnie Soxs' son is driving the car at selected Chrysler events. Not 100% it's the same car though.

Bob has his car still (My parents & myself are long time friends of his), he races at the Mopar events where he sells tee shirts and makes a few runs and makes some nice money (one of the smart ones)
He sold the car he built for Ronnie Sox to drive the last few years that Ronnie was driving to someone up on the east coast. Some of the factory cars you read about in the old books are in the orginal owners garage as they know they are sitting on some big money and dont want anything to happen to them, case in point, thats why Jim Pancake went to the Dart as his Cuda was a orginal factory car and doesnt want anything to happen to it. |
