I wonder what it would take to make this into an Epping type deal with stock holders? It would prevent the next owner selling out the highest bidder and save what looks to be a pretty nice facility. I think that with the Armco guard rails it could only be IHRA sanctioned. Just a thought. Bill Taylor B/S 1005.

Track has a ton of potential. Needs Walls, Surface, Timing System, Lights and more paving work done. Price really should be based off land value more than anything. Not like they are making anymore of it if you know what I mean.

One major positive would be it currently only has some farmers for neighbors. Give it some time and that could change as well.

I grew up not too far from that track. It's farm land country where the cost of living is a ton cheaper, hence the price of the track.
