coil? #2

I have an E coil [Ford I think], square metal laminate, with a coil inside, and a male HEI type terminal for the coil to cap wire.
can I use this with an MSD 6 or 7AL?

Been using it for years with a 6al, on several cars, read about it on a Tec West forum. works great.
