Because of rain in the early Thursday morning hours, the track crew had to get the racing surface dry. The first cars to go down the track were the Super Street cars at about 12:30 this afternoon. At six pm the alcohol dragsters were called to the staging lanes. After the alcohol cars get there track time they will give the stockers, super comp, super stocks and super gas classes their second qualifying run. It might be a long evening.

Was it me or did the track go away for the stick and high Hp cars today for the first three or four pair in round one. Yesterday’s final looked like a spin fest in the right lane in the semifinals and finials. It’s hard to tell from 500 miles away.
I thought the video was good.
