Guys I need to ship a fender up north what have you guys had the best luck with? Just UPS it?

Build a crate around it and ship LTL truck freight with FedEx Freight or something similar.

whatever shipping company you use the packaging of the fender is most important, it needs to be centered in the box and no movement allowed, the composition of the box is also critical. A suggestion would be to visit a body shop and ask them for a fender box that they are probably going to discard anyway. Good luck

rap it in cardboard and put it on a Grayhound bus, shipped many 40 ford fenders with no problems, even a corvette hood.
