I would like to buy a Holly Commander 950 EFI system. Prefer with a wideband oxygen sensor.

I have a 950-105 for an LT1. Never in a car. Only dyno use. Comes with a spare O2 sensor. Would that work for you?

I have a couple of systems and laptop with the software. All were on LT1’s
3 ECU’s, 2 harnesses and software.
