Sad news, Good Ole’ Captain Jack
For those not on FB, my high school classmate and drag racing protege Jack McCarthy was involved in an accident on the Interstate last night just outside of Louisville,Ky. A big truck cab made an ill advised turn into his lane sending Jack to the hospital and ending the usefulness of his F350 truck. Jack struck his head numerous times on the dash and projectiles shattered the rear sliding window while entering the cab. I know Jack, and the fact that he agreed to go to the hospital shows the seriousness of the accident. Suburban Towing owned by Irvin/Gina Johns cleared what was left of the truck and towed the Bowling Pin enclosed trailer to safety. I can’t emphasize enough what a great guy Irvin John’s is. If you know, you know ….On the bright side, I talked to Jack this afternoon and other than A LOT of SORENESS , he is feeling much better ……..#PRAISETHELORD …#GUARDIANANGELS …..
