Awesome Wheelstand from James Day, LS1 Camaro 12-16-07
 

You stocker guys are gonna love this, Here was a awesome Wheelstand caught on film and pics at HRP last night of James Day in his LS1 Camaro the "Grocery Getter". Both him and his wife Sheila Bracket Races and Index Races the car. It runs mid to high 10's. He usually pulls the wheels about 3 1/2 feet so I was positioned by the tree to get that shot. He was on the bumper as he was getting to me. He did a great job pedeling the car not to slam it to the ground. I think the new 10" converter worked well. Thanks, but none of those shots I did. A guy Mike Galjour did the shots from the stands, His wife Sheila did the video and someone else gave James the behind shots. I have one good pic I will post tonight on my site under Drag Racing at HRP. The Gallery will be called Sunday Night Street Racing 12-16-07. I was asked to take a shot for his sponsor which is written on the front Air Dam under the car which I got perfect. I just was not back far enough to get that kind of wheel stand. I was not prepared for that and neither was James Day. I will be posting about 100 pictures from last nights racing.
P.S. The car made it through fine, the "Oh *****" bar underneath saved the Headers and Oil Pan.
