VP C12 Alternative ?
 

I'm sure this has been covered many times. I have a 327 / 300 super stock engine, flat tops. no crazy compression or anything but it will see some decent rpm. I was gonna run C12 but I will honestly mainly run stick shift races. Whats a good affordable alternative ? Is the Sunoco 112 pretty comparable ? Any back to back tests ?

Sunoco 110 should be plenty. Better yet C-11.

Good morning to all,
As Dave advised always test, every combination requires something different.
VP C-12 will work well , I've found on our lower compression engines that the C-11 was slightly better, but again everyone's combination is different ( even within similar engine family's) Timing , Camshaft , Jetting and other outside factors will have a bearing on the "ultimate" fuel for your engine combination. Good luck and enjoy your accomplishments found during your testing.

Renegade 110 when it first arrived in my area was much cheaper than C12. Haven’t bought any for awhile now. Definitely worth looking into. Cars ran the same.

I tested C11, C12 and Sunoco Blue the same day. .001 between all three. That was in the wagon. Maybe a different result in a light car.

For us C11 is faster but we had to make some timing and jet adjustments over C12.
