Cam Dynamics info needed
 

Looking for any info on an old sbc Cam Dynamics roller cam I acquired in old engine. This is what I find on front of cam: Also attached a picture.

hello, have an old catalog of cam dynamics cams from what i gather, book ,shows, R310, 310-06 270 dur @ .050 .600 lift, ,030 lash,its for oval track racing hope thos helps

Based on the numbers Lobe separation should be 106 degrees, And a small base circle .900. for extra cam clearance to rotating assembly. Higher ratio rockers would give you more lift if needed.

Any ideas on what lobe center it should be installed at?

Never any single answer as to lobe center or ICL Intake Center Line.
Rules of Thumb if any:
Street car, install it advanced 4 degrees
So if LSA=106, use ICL=102

Race, install it straight up 0 advance
So if LSA=106 use ICL=106

From there it depends on the car, weight, gear, airflow, cam size.
That's a pretty big cam so I'd guess ICL=102 but really just have to try it.
