Jose and Carlos




Jose and Carlos are panhandlers

They panhandle in different areas of town.

Carlos panhandles just as long as Jose does but only manages to get 2 or 3 dollars a day.

Jose brings home a suitcase full of $10 dollar bills, drives a Mercedes, lives in a mortgage free home, and always has lots of money to spend

Carlos says to Jose I work just as hard and as long as you do every day how do you manage to bring home a suitcase full of $10 dollar bills every day

Jose says to Carlos look at your sign, what does it say. Carlos looks at his sign and it says I have no work, a wife and 6 kids to support.

Jose says no wonder you only make 2 or 3 dollars a day. So Carlos says to Jose so what does your sign say

Jose shows Carlos his sign and it reads I only need 10 more dollars to go back to Mexico.
