Rear tire selection for a A-B/S stick car ???

What would be a good tire to run for a A or B/S car ? Some people tell me the Hoosier radial isn't going to work. Any sugestions?

Radials will not work from what I hear. M/T 29.5x9 stick tire seems to be the tire of choice. I was told the Good Year 2120 D4A compound is supposed to work well. Everyone has their own preference.

I use the M/T 29.5-9 part number 3056ST on my car. They work very well.

What ever happened to the Goodyear 1909 tires? We used them for years on the 'cuda.

One more vote for the 3056ST by far the best tire I've had on my car.
