Dedenbear Lighting Plus L2 Help
 

My son and I are bringing back a 1988 Chassis Craft dragster that has a Dedenbear L2 delay box and I need some help in the programing. I have the instructions but I'm missing something in how I'm interpreting it. This is our first race car.

Our plan is for my son to race brackets and also Super Comp (8.90) and I've got the box programed for the 8.90 but I'm having issues with the full tree settings.

Electronics / Gear

Dedenbear L2
RPM to shift box
Malory Hyfire VI
Biondo 2 speed shifter
Stinnet base plate throttle stop

On the pro Tree setting, When we engage the trans brake button, the TS stays open, the tans locks and the L2 sends a signal to the Hyfire to set the RPM for launch. On release; the TB releases, 1/2 sec later the TS closes and 2.5 sec the TS opens again.

Now for the issue I'm having with the Full tree mode;

When I engage the TB button the TS closes which I don't want since I'm using the Hyfire to set the RPM. When I release the button it opens and stays open.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
