I said that. Well, actually, I said "successful". It's not smug, it's a
fact. Like anything else, Stock Eliminator is
not for everyone. Not everyone is cut out to be a soldier. Not everyone is cut out to be a fireman. Not everyone is cut out to be an NFL quarterback. Not every racer is cut out to be a drag racer, some do better in circle track. Some do better in road racing. Not all drag racers are cut out to be class racers. See, that's why there are a lot of classes. There's bracket racing for those who don't like class racing, or can't seem to be successful at it. There's .90 Super class racing for those who never quite liked Comp, Stock, or Super Stock. Or never quite got the hang of it.
Yeah, I said it, and I stand by it. It's not smug, it's just fact. That's why all those NFL quarterbacks went to the Pro Bowl and the Super Bowl, and you didn't, and neither did I. Because
not everyone will be successful at pro football. That's why all of those major league baseball players went to the World Series, and I didn't, and don't remember seeing you there, either. Because
not everyone will be successful at pro baseball. Don't like facts? Don't blame me. Call it smug if you want to, it doesn't change the facts. People all over the world have widely varying degrees of success, from incredible success to dismal failure, at all sorts of endeavors, and drag racing in general is not a bit different. Neither is Stock Eliminator any different.
