Another part of the equation is where your starting line chip is.
I run .07 stop on shift to high at 1.0 with a 565 BBC with std Brodix BBC heads.
Starting line chip of 5000 to 5600 depending on what the adjusted altitude is.
Good Luck with the setup. It takes a few passes to decide just what the car likes and they are ALL different.
