I use the East Coast auto electric Ultra mini 55 amp alternator on almost all the cars I build.....I've had one on one of my cars for 7 years with no problems. ..... It fits almost anywhere,and it has an ignition activation option that allows it to be turned off when desired {like a heads up run} . ....John and Chuck are good guys to deal with. .....Tom
