Are you running a three speed? Does the car shift into second after coming off of the throttle stop how fast does the car go off of the throttle stop and at what time does it come on and for how long? Have you tried leaving at a higher RPM and having the car shift into second right before the throttle stop comes on?

YES I RUN A T-350 3 SPEED TRANS. AND I SHIFT IT BY HAND AFTER IT COMES OFF THE STOP. I HAVE ALWAYS HAND SHIFTED MY CAR ALL 12 YEARS THAT I HAVE HAD IT. THE CAR RUNS 9.30'S OFF THE STOP. THE STOP COMES ON AT .03 AND STAYS ON FOR ABOUT 1.45. I LEAVE AT 3200RPM. AND IT WORKS GREAT. I SHIFT AT 6800 AND GOES THREW AT 6800. I HOPE THIS HELPS.
