You must have a lot more money laying around than I do.

Wouldn't it be a lot more expeditious (not so say thousands of dollars cheaper) to just adjust the HP factor to a reasonable figure? Those Mustangs run about 140 mph..... nobody else I know of can do that, so it stands to reason that they're under-factored to a considerable degree.

What's wrong with fixing that?
