I'm warning you up front , this will be a Jason post !
All I can say is I had a ball , I don't know if it was because I finally beat Mr. CBS or because I went rounds or because I was at home or because a good friend won and another good friend was runner up or because
I was pitted with Laz @ 140 or because of the **** talking with the Thompson Twins or hanging out with BB and Penney or **** talking with Scratcher Jacksonson and Nitro or watching Gerber Jr. go 8.901 on his first pass in S/C or because I finally ran 170MPH @ 9.895,,,,,,,,,,, or Boo's Boo's Dad walking around with a sign on his back after our first round,,,,all I can say is it was one of the best racing weekends that I have had in a long time,,,,
Now you have got to remeber this is the same guy that lost his front wheel @ Indy after running 9.91 at 169 and then repairing everything @ a cost of $4000.00 and sneaking up to Richmon /Div. 1 and having his head handed to him 1st round ,,, this weekend was awesome and was a reminder of why I love racing and the people that race so much !!
I have to end with the way the weekend started , I roll in Tech and Red man Our Starter is singing a song
in a country western voice that would have made Ruth proud and went something like this "You picked a fine time to leave me Loose Wheel , A chance at the all stars and only 3 in front , you picked a fine time to
leave me Loose Wheel , now I've got 5 humgrey children and my car is in the field , you picked a fine time to leave me Loose Wheel "
Colorful Racer # 37 that beat Mr. CBS

By the way , it didn' cost much to get CBS to red light ,,, he is a cheap date
