I needed road side assistance twice in 1 week...I had service from Sears (Allstate) they failed to provide both times... I had 2 find my own help .....I was pissed considering I had paid them for about 10 years without a claim.
I am now with Good Sams Club.. My wife needed service & they were Johnny on the spot.....
No complaints....
