Pacific, MO - outside of St. Louis
Chi-town, Fast Eddie & Marty Higginbotham,
other possibilities are Kelly Chadwick, Mike Burkhart, Larry Colman, & Ted DeTar "The Kansas Badman" The one car looks more like a Cyclone than a Torino but I don't rember Fast Eddie having a car like that, so it's probably DeTar or Coleman in a Torino.
