Hold on not all that easy as updating carbs!1 Some oe the old cards may not have big enough internal passages. Need more E-85 than gas + bigger fuel pumps & regulators, may need new fuel cell/tanks & lines. Carefull what you wish for! You need to research this fully.

Have the original carbs upgraded so that they can adapt to the E85 gas and allow the racer to get away from the ridiculas price of the race gas that is mandated. The E85 gas is about 104 octane and can run with an engine that has 14:1 compression. I for one would gladly change over so that there is nothing but good stuff coming out of my tail pipes instead of carbon and lead. There could also be a promotion from NHRA that their eleminator classes are doing good for the inviroment.
