[Tom Goldman]

Dave, This was Jamie and Dad Randy's first time out at a Nat with the Maverick,and they had a few first timer problems. ....looks like they hurt the converter testing a couple of weeks ago,and it really killed the car. .......They only have a hand full of runs on the car,but Randy has been Bracket racing small block Mavericks for a long time. ......I'll find out more info about the engine , it's a 289, I'm not sure of the year ,but I know it uses the old Autolite 4100 4bbl carb .................They have some good parts,so I expect they will have it running better the next time out. ......I dont think he on the board ,but I'll PM you with his info.......Tom
