No disrespect to Don Garlits, but Dan Fletcher has won nearly twice as many national events as Garlits has. Plus most of the National Events Dan has won have been 7 round races. Not 4 round races like Garlits had won in Top Fuel. I'm not trying to take away from Don Garlits accomplishments or the many innovations he has introduced to Drag Racing. We'll just have to see how he does on race day when he has to put a dial on his window.
