I'm not in your guy's neck of the woods, but I sure hate to see things like this happen. I'm sure it will eventually work its way this direction.

Fact is, liability is a reality and its truly amazing how today's judicial system works. A creative plaintiff's attorney can turn the perpetrator into the victim in a heartbeat and track owners are ultimately forced to do something to mitigate their risks .. such ashame.
