The rule that the track CANNOT or WILL NOT send out checks that YOU , THE CUSTOMER, has earned is probably pretty close to theft.
If I was them, I would try to treat customers like they are the ones that bring in the cash....oh wait, we ARE THE ONES WHO BRING IN THE MONEY. Seems way too many track operators and especially NHRA has overlooked that one "little thing". Without us, the customers, their jobs would just go away.

WOW! How do you protect people from STUPID? Insurance companies have been trying to figure that out for years. Now they just admit they do offer coverage for STUPID.

C'mon, get real. Keep the kids off motorized vehicles, require lights and if you act STUPID, toss them out. If you are capable of driving around after 9pm in a golf cart you should be able to.

More rules, sure way to fix everything, right?
