You would have to get someone to submit the specs to NHRA. In 2001, I was considering building my street car (1995 LT-1 Camaro) for IHRA Pure Stock. I had to e-mail Gary Penn at GM to get the camshaft specs sent in to be legal for Pure Stock (P/Stk checks for overlap, duration, left, etc whereas regular Stock can run any duration as long as stock Lift is retained. They had the specs for a E/SA '95 Camaro but not a C/PS Camaro).
