The 2010 NHRA Rulebook is now available online, you can view online or download it.

I did find the third paragraph in the Stock section to be very interesting.

I'm sure many will have opinions on this new rule. I think its new, I don't remember seeing it last year.

The rule explains how a car can be eligible for Stock.
