I think the idea of the race is a good idea, though I think you should either move it up a week to May 22nd so that it doesn't conflict with the D-1 LODRS race at Maple Grove, or maybe move it back to June 19th (though that is the same weekend as the Bristol National Event).

That said, you may not actually lose that many cars if you do run it on the 29th, as it seems to me that not many Div. 3 cars venture east for the D-1 LODRS events, and not many Div. 3 cars venture west for races in D-3. There are some of us (like myself) that are in-between the two that would need to make a choice, but quite frankly there's not many of us.

Regardless, I hope the event is a success, and that you raise a lot of money for a great cause.
