Why didn`t they leave index`s the same and change the instant hp to 1.55 under, 1.30 under the index to trigger review at national events, .65 under to win class on single, .65 under to set record on min., 1.15 under to count on averages for AFHS at nat. events? or is this change to keep stocker from running SS?
