Mike , you are correct dad bought it in 1979 still races it in IHRA (won world championship 1983) & NHRA ,not the oldest race car but still has the same paint job on it from HOLBROOK.
Dad does have 1968 notchback 428cj car that he got in 1970 that has been raced every year ,started in stock went to formula stock then modified now back to super stock ..
Trying to get pics out and try to post them ,,
also Blair Patricks car was the Dorsey Gray Ford car that the Dunahoo's bought from Jim Morgan
