Each of the different Manufacturer has it's own dish spec. For stock they measure the dish according to which manufacturer you tell them. When we were in teardown last year, what they did was just measure the dish from flat part of piston to bottom of dish(In Middle of piston). They did however CC Intake and Exhaust runner as well as a Combustion Chamber. John Irving OPPS: Didn't notice the question was Super/Stock.... thought we were talking Stock Sorry
