...not the only source, but probably the best. If you build to NHRA rules, the car will be legal for IHRA. You can refer to the IHRA book on their website, non-members as well.
In a nutshell, the suspension components must be stock or bolt-on replacement - no tubular components up front. Aftermarket adjustable struts/shocks in the stock locations are OK. The rule book should be your reference guide for engine building but working with a known engine shop familiar with Stock Eliminator rules "interpretation" is recommended.
