While I have only spoken to Irv a few time and have no question I have not even yet to know him. From his tempered reaction to an OVERACTION where I lashed at him for a situation I was angry about, but even then his response was tempered and well adjusted. From what I have heard about him from 3rd parties, learned and from our limited communications I have come to one conclusion.
Irv Johns is a serious competitor who wont take lightly to being bested. And given that may happen he will unleash a torrent of resources and knowledge to accomplish his given goal.
I believe that to be true 100% and I also believe he will be our toghest competion thus far in ANY arena.....its a David and Goliath match we welcome, I dont have any question we are the underdogs, but how much fun would this whole adventure be without a DP competitor like Irv Johns ?
I have told my plan to my dad, its simple, "We chase whoever is fastest, and if by chance we should for a moment end up on top know that everyone else is chasing us"
I know we will be chasing Irv for some time to come.
2 cars same builder , and ours too

I "copied" Irv whereever possible with our limited "intelligence" as it seemed like a good starting point. I wouldnt have spent considerable time , effort and expense copying someone I feel is not "the target"

If you cry to much, Irv and Jeremy will just move the bar again. Right now they just get to choose where the bar is unless someone else wants or can step up to the plate.
But this comes from someone who likes to see what a car can run, not how much can it be slowed down.
