Default Re: Quick Question.............

I have the same question. Why did no one take a 2008 Mustang CJ to the Winters? I thought for sure that Hajek would return with Holtzman or someone else driving since Calvert is busy wheeling two cars. The CJ's certainly have no problem being competitive in stick or auto. The 2010 models just began delivery last week and should all be in customer/dealer hands by the end of the month. I believe at least two 425HP cars will be at the Gators in Stock but I'm not sure of the 475HP in Super Stock/ B form. I would like to see Paquet or Adams Thunderbolt square off against the new 475HP CJ in Super Stock/B. The old against the new. Unfortunately, I think many of the 2008 CJ's are sitting in private museums and are not being raced. I thought that at least half would be raced but so far this has not been the case. There are a ton of guys building the body in white cars but most won't be out this year or at least not until late in the year. I have heard rumors of several big names coming to the CJ ranks this spring. If true, it should be interesting. By the way, how about that Larry Morgan Pro Stocker. Three or four Fords in Pro Stock will really heat things up. Ford guys have to be feeling proud, at last.
