Just remember that those orders they are describing are NOT the peoples orders, they are the DEALER's orders. District reps tell the dealerships what to order and how many, and the dealership orders what they want on them, many are related to a "package" that sweetens the deal.

I used to get so angry over our local "buyer" who ordered whitewall tires on every pick-up truck, you know how hard those are to sell?

The V-6 keeps the cost down and the tech stuff entices the youth, both good for sales. Smart business sense.
