"In January 1995, a fire destroyed 10,000 of the building's 14,000 square feet. Investigators said arson was the cause, although who set it remains a mystery.
The building, its stone facade charred, sat empty for years. Eventually it was rebuilt and in 2000 opened as the Hoda Center, one of Gainesville's two Islamic centers."
I guess you could still go there and hang out.
