One thing I have found about radials, they tend to do that if the wheels aren't wide enough.
Mine totally stopped doing that after I learned to use wheels wider than the tread area of the tires. I put my 9" radials on 10" wheels, and my 10.5" on 12" wheels. Made a whole new car out of mine. I can run more air, it hooks harder and no more wobble.
