Eric,
He was interviewed on the NHRA Qualifying show and he said that he was "Grateful that NHRA allowed him to race this weekend. Most of the times the sportsman racers have to run Divisional and Local races to earn points to race these National Events but, the guys at NHRA waved that for me and allowed me to enter the race"
