The ford has value long term the way it ships. Many are "put away" probably never to be raced.
The Dodge is worthless (well not worth any more than anyone paid) UNLESS its "Done" then well noone or very few are going to spend the time, energy and emotion to build one and mothball it.
Dodge announced the DP, Ford pulled and built something to compete and was first to market, now there are more DP's "In the wild" than CJ's ....
Thats my opinion as to why it has happened.....
