Is there a master rule book and/or technical guide that would help to straighten out a bent rule? Something that would help a gray area, be focused to black and white. Where is the line for getting thrown out for a year?...is it strickly on engine rules infractions, fuel, weight,...or could it be for the wrong hood, seat, rear housing etc. Is there a line that gets you tossed for the event vs. tossed for the year? Where can you find a list of infractions caught by officials resulting in discipline?
Or is it just the "better to beg for forgivness thing" I hear from the outlaws.

There o be a "Race Operations" book only available to the Division Directors and Tech Directors and also to the Glendora people that had additional guidance on both operations and tech issues. I do not know if the book is still in use. The book was always in the trailer for further guidance.
