Good information. I once had this happen with a book of the month club. I didn't order any books but they kept sending me and billing me for books. After many attempts to tell them they made a mistake and to stop sending me the books they threatened to sue. Long story short, I won. They paid me for mental anguish and my attorney fees.

You can also have your credit card company refuse payment to them. Jim
