9.5 x 315 = 2,993 , 2,993 + 170 = 3,163 pounds

Assuming they can get down to that weight:

555 Horsepower = 10.17 @ 131 MPH - Not a bad D car.

Take it to Atco in the Spring and the car could run 10.00's.
