I am still in Amsterdam... the ticket is completely illegible, as it is a carbon copy and the printing is so faint it is unidentifiable... I will grab the ticket in a few minutes and bounce back with the statute that is referred to on the ticket -- but it's actually the same one that's on the link that you had posted quite some time ago...
