If you want to go as fast as possible, want to get it right the first time, don't want to break parts, want to make it a fun experience and not have the suicide hotline inscribed on your bell housing, you need a Sportsman Dual 7" for that application. The Sportsman single 10" would suffice but without a doubt the Sportsman Dual 7" unit would be the ultimate. Figure $2900 for complete assembly. If you want to step it up a notch, get a reduced size flywheel / ring gear with a starter to mate to it.
I would also recommend the Quick Time Inc., bellhousing. It's smaller & lighter than your typical hydroformed unit and is 6.1 SFI legal with a removable window for easy clutch adjustments.
If I were buying new, I'd buy a G-Force clutchless but if cost were not a consideration, I'd buy a Liberty. Note you can buy a clutch G-Force used and for $1500 G-Force will convert it to clutchless. You would have to get a smokin' deal on a used unit to justify the conversion.
